Overview
Plant-based electrical leader responsible for improving equipment reliability and supporting maintenance operations in a heavy industrial environment. This role is hands-on with troubleshooting but focused on guiding teams, planning work, and driving execution—not day-to-day wrench turning.
What You'll Do
Lead troubleshooting of PLCs, drives, and industrial control systemsSupport and direct electricians in resolving equipment issuesPlan and coordinate maintenance work, shutdowns, and projectsManage contractors and vendorsPartner with operations and engineering to improve uptime and reliability
What We're Looking For
Industrial/manufacturing electrical experience requiredStrong troubleshooting skills (PLCs, drives, controls)Experience leading work or coordinating maintenance activitiesComfortable working on the plant floor in a heavy industrial setting
