Fire Alarm Inspector

We are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Inspector to inspect and test fire alarm systems, identify deficiencies, and provide customers with clear recommendations. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in helping protect people and property.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect and test fire alarm systems to ensure proper operation and compliance.
- Identify system deficiencies and recommend appropriate corrective action.
- Prepare clear, detailed inspection reports.
- Complete accurate and timely service tickets for the Service and Operations teams.
- Communicate customer needs and required follow-up to the Service Department.
- Review inspection results with customers and answer questions professionally.
- Deliver excellent customer service while representing the company in the field.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- One to three years of related fire alarm experience or training; an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- NICET Level II or III certification preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in the field.
- Commitment to safety, accuracy, and customer service.

Additional Requirements
