ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER - FULLERTON, CA
Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Fullerton, California area office.
- Oversee all resources required for project (materials, related paperwork, support personnel, etc)
- Manage customer relations to ensure customer satisfaction, quality of service and long-term relations with company
- Meet project deadlines
- Determine and manage project schedule, schedule of values, closeout documents, as-build red lines, and cost and complete documents
- Responsible for all material quoting and procurement including issuing purchase orders
- Attend customer and construction coordination meetings
- Visit construction site to review, monitor, and report progress and perform other construction administration duties, such as shop drawing review, attending construction site meetings, reviewing RFIs, preparing ASIs, PRs, and status reports per the contract documents
- Must be local to Fullerton, CA
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience managing electrical construction projects with an electrical contractor
- Experience managing electrical commercial and multi-family
- Must have stable work history
- Experience using accounting/job costing software, such as ComputerEase
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
