Marca Technologies, LLC is currently hiring a production line worker for a 2nd shift operator (3:00 pm to 1:30 am) on our thin coat metalization paint line.

- Good decision making and troubleshooting skills
- Must be able to use and read precision measuring devices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow instruction from the lead Tech.
- Alert Tech of any problems or questions regarding production.
- Know and understand quality control standards and the inspection process.
- Monitor tooling, remove, replace and clean as necessary.
- Responsible to meet daily production schedules.
- Track and report output, scrap, and other items as required.
- Perform daily maintenance as required by Standard Operating Procedures.
- Help fix and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic breakdowns as needed.
- Operation of all necessary production equipment and machinery, including, but not limited to any reasonable lifting/moving of materials.
- Keep the area clean and organized
- Perform essential duties efficiently and accurately.
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
- Work overtime as needed

- Factory environment
- Subject to noise, fumes, oily, heat and wet conditions
- Will be exposed to moving mechanical parts
Physical Requirements
- Lifting to fill hoppers up to 50 pounds
- Lift waist level up to 50 pounds
- Push/ pull 30 pounds
Postural Tolerances:
- Bending, stoop, squating, lifting
- Standing, walking, stairs, reaching
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.51 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
