Muscle Rehab Therapy Assistant – Kaysville, Utah
We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and skilled individual to join our team as a Muscle Rehab Therapy Assistant at our Kaysville clinic.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge approach that goes beyond traditional chiropractic care. Using the Advanced Muscle Integration Technique (A.M.I.T.), you’ll work directly with doctors to help restore muscle function, support recovery from injuries, and optimize performance for both elite athletes and everyday active people.
You won’t be doing chiropractic adjustments, instead, you’ll be hands-on in the process of muscle rehabilitation and activation.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the chiropractor during patient treatments, including hands-on support (e.g., holding contact points during muscle activation techniques).
- Accurately document patient treatments and progress notes in the electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring thorough and compliant entries.
- Help maintain clinic flow by supporting the chiropractor in staying on schedule.
- Ensure compliance with all ethical, legal, and professional standards of care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a medical assistant or physical therapist assistant preferred
- Basic knowledge of human anatomy is a plus
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, patient-focused attitude
- Proficient with computers; EHR experience a plus
- Reliable, flexible, and adaptable to schedule changes or additional shifts
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at managing time
- A team player with a positive and energetic mindset
Position Details
- Part-time schedule:
- Tuesday 6:20 AM – 4:15 PM
- Thursday 6:20 AM – 4:15 PM
- Occasional opportunities to pick up additional shifts our Kaysville or Draper clinics
Compensation & Growth
Your pay increases as your skill and proficiency grow. The faster you learn, the faster you move up the scale.
- Training Pay: $20–$22/hour (based on experience)
- Post-Training Pay: $22–$29/hour
This role starts part-time, with potential to grow into full-time. We provide all the training you need to master A.M.I.T., and motivated learners advance quickly.
