Requirements
- Greet clients warmly, answer phone calls promptly, and schedule appointments efficiently using veterinary software.
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is highly preferred.
- Some knowledge of veterinary terminology, medical-surgical procedures, and companion animal medicine is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and veterinary software systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
