Duties

- Support catering and banquet setups by organizing supplies and ensuring timely delivery of prepared items.
- Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas, including counters, floors, and storage spaces.
- Buss tables and clear dishes during service to ensure a smooth flow in the dining area.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to meet safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support food service operations during busy periods or special events.
Experience
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, especially in food service or catering environments.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, cleaning procedures, and food handling safety protocols.
- Experience working in banquet settings or hotel food service is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation practices is beneficial.
