Job Title: Lead Generator & Appointment Booker (LinkedIn + Apollo.io) – US Shift (Part-Time)

Hours: 5 hrs/day | Mon–Sat | 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST (US Shift)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Generator & Appointment Setter who can generate qualified B2B leads and book meetings using LinkedIn and Apollo.io. The ideal candidate should have prior experience with outreach, prospecting, and appointment booking for US-based clients. This is a performance-driven role where results matter.
Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified B2B leads using LinkedIn and Apollo.io.
- Research and identify decision-makers from target companies.
- Send personalized outreach messages and follow-ups.
- Book qualified appointments with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate lead and outreach records.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth appointment handover.
- Meet weekly and monthly appointment booking targets.
- Provide daily work updates and progress reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Lead Generation or Appointment Setting.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or Apollo.io.
- Strong understanding of B2B prospecting and outreach.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Experience working with US clients or US shift is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and CRM tools is an advantage.

- Freshers are NOT eligible.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates with a proven track record of appointment booking will be given preference.
