What You Will Do
Ensure compliance with AHCA, CMS, OSHA and local health department requirements
Oversee fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, generators and emergency preparedness plans
Maintain preventative maintenance schedules specific to healthcare equipment
Lead maintenance staff while ensuring resident safety
What We Are Looking For
- 1-3 years experience as a Physical Plant Manager or Maintenance Director in a Skilled Nursing Facility to include Life Safety, CMS, Infection Control and Survey requirement knowledge
- Current experience in HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing a plus!
- Routine preventive maintenance experience
