Job Summary
We are seeking a CNC router table Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating machines to produce parts and components. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to follow instructions and move at a steady pace. Will work closely with other team members to ensure high-quality production standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machines according to specifications.
- Interpret and read files to determine machining operations.
- Utilize calipers and other measuring tools to ensure precision in dimensions and tolerances.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products.
- Handle materials safely using forklifts and other materials handling equipment.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating CNC machinery.
- Experience with calipers, measuring tools, and quality inspection techniques.
- Familiarity with programming software is a plus.
- Ability to operate stamping presses and press brake machines effectively.
- Knowledge of materials handling procedures and safety protocols.
- Forklift certification is preferred but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise.
