Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join us at our chiropractic office. This Independent contractorship will be a mutually beneficial opportunity with fast potential for growing your hours. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, along with the ability to assess patient needs effectively. This role requires expertise in various massage techniques, including deep tissue, neuromuscular, sports massage and trigger point therapy. Must be able to provide exceptional care and pain management and home recommendation solutions for our patients. Many of our patients are eagerly seeking massage therapy on a regular basis and we have just built out a new studio for this purpose. Lots of opportunity with zero overhead or scheduling headaches. We handle the laundry, bookings etc.
Responsibilities
- Administer various types of massage therapies, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, tailored to each client's requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepped for next use.
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with our doctor to enhance patient care and address concerns.
Requirements
- Valid North Carolina massage therapy license and Malpractice Insurance req.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient experience.
- Prior experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliable, Prompt, with transportation to the Midland, NC office.
Additional Details
- This is a Contract Labor position. Final Terms and compensation split to be Discussed.
- We handle all the bookings, scheduling and payments.
- All equipment, supplies/consumables, and linens provided(Laundered).
