Our Restoration company is growing, and we are looking for a highly social, driven, and relationship-oriented person to help expand and maintain our network of business partners and referral sources.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk role.
This position is all about people, communication, networking, relationship building, and creating opportunities.
The right person naturally connects with others, enjoys meeting new people, knows how to build trust, and understands how to maintain long-term business relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with plumbers, property managers, insurance professionals, vendors, HOAs, and other referral partners
- Follow up and stay connected with existing business relationships
- Generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and cold leads
- Visit businesses and job sites when needed
- Represent Streamline professionally in meetings, calls, and networking situations
- Track communication and follow-ups inside the company CRM
- Help grow the company’s referral network and overall brand presence
What we are looking for:

- Self-motivated and comfortable talking to new people every day
- Sales mindset and relationship-building ability
- Organized and professional
- Comfortable with phone calls, in-person meetings, and follow-ups
- Experience in sales, account management, B2B, restoration, construction, or related industries is a plus
Compensation:
Base pay + performance incentives / commissions
Compensation structure depends on experience and ability.
Pay: $52,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
