Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Prep Cook to support our culinary team by preparing high-quality ingredients and maintaining an organized kitchen. This role is essential to ensuring smooth service and upholding our standards of food quality, safety, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and portioning according to recipes and standards
- Assist in basic cooking tasks such as preparing sauces, stocks, and simple dishes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
- Follow proper food safety, storage, and labeling procedures (FIFO)
- Support line cooks and chefs during service as needed
- Receive and properly store deliveries
- Ensure kitchen equipment is used safely and cleaned regularly
- Assist with opening and closing duties
Qualifications

Previous kitchen or prep experience preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
