Contract Graphic Designer - Corporate Marketing Focus
Location: Hybrid (onsite & remote)
Job Type: Contract (Part-Time, with potential for ongoing projects)
Industry: Insurance
Compensation: Project Based
About Us:
We're a fast-growing insurance agency specializing in contractor and construction insurance. Our brand is rooted in professionalism, clarity, and trust. We are currently looking for a high-caliber Graphic Designer (Contract) to support our marketing team with visually engaging, clean, and corporate-level design work-primarily for digital and online marketing campaigns.
About the Role:
This is not your average Canva design gig. We're looking for a designer who truly understands visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and branding consistency. You'll work closely with our team to create high-impact marketing assets that speak to our niche audience in a polished and professional way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design digital marketing assets including social media graphics, email banners, web graphics, ads, and more
-
Create branded collateral such as brochures, one-pagers, and presentation decks
-
Collaborate on landing pages, digital campaigns, and other promotional materials
-
Ensure consistency across all designs and align with our brand guidelines
-
Apply feedback and iterate quickly to meet deadlines
What We're Looking For:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop & Illustrator)
-
Strong understanding of corporate branding and clean, professional design
-
Experience designing for digital marketing (social, email, web)
-
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently
-
Portfolio showcasing a range of clean, corporate-level designs
-
Bonus: Experience working with insurance, financial, or professional services brands
Not What We're Looking For:
-
Designers who only use Canva or rely solely on templates
-
Overly stylized or trendy design that doesn't fit a corporate brand
To Apply:
Please include your portfolio, resume, and a short note about why you're a great fit for this contract role. We're looking for someone who understands how design supports business objectives-not just pretty pictures.
