Outlets General Manager | Hotel 1000
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Benevrage General Manager to lead all food and beverage operations at Hotel 1000. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue growth, and ensuring operational excellence across all dining venues, including our signature outlets: All Water Seafood & Oyster Bar, Rosebay, In Room Dining, Banquet Operations and The Nineteenth Hole Swing Suite.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including banquets & private dining functions
- Lead, mentor, and develop department leadership and team members
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards are consistently met
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, promotions, and cost control
- Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu development and concept execution
- Lead beverage program development and innovation, incorporating trends, mixology, and wine expertise
- Monitor labor costs and operational expenses to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Monitor Beverage costs, inventory and purchases.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Partner with sales and events teams to execute group and banquet functions
- Maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships
Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in hotel or upscale restaurant food & beverage operations
- Proven track record managing multiple outlets simultaneously
- Strong financial acumen, including labor and cost control
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for hospitality and delivering elevated guest experiences
- Experience in luxury or lifestyle hotel environments preferred
- Must hold (or be able to obtain) a valid Washington State Food Handler’s Permit and MAST (Mandatory Alcohol Server Training) certification
