South Valley Care Center is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to oversee billing, collections, resident financial accounts, and business office operations in our long-term care facility.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit Medicaid, Hospice, and Private Pay billings
- Manage accounts receivable, collections, and authorizations
- Maintain Resident Trust Accounts
- Assist residents and families with Medicaid, SSI, and financial paperwork
- Enter and maintain resident data in Point Click Care system.
- Support audits, surveys, and regulatory compliance
- Attend daily management meetings and collaborate with Admissions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 3 years business office experience
- Healthcare or long-term care experience strongly preferred
- Billing/collections experience preferred
- Excel required; QuickBooks a plus
- Strong organization, follow-through, and communication skills
- Must Read, write, and understand English
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (or 8:30–5:00)
Compensation & Benefit
- $50,000 - $55,000 annually (based on experience)
