Dynamic Living Counseling is a behavioral health counseling agency operating in the Phoenix/Mesa area for 26 years. We serve clients with court orders for Domestic Violence, Anger Management, Substance Abuse and DUI charges. We work with local (state and city) government and court clients with insurance which include , Medicare and commercial plans. We continue to add new insurance providers
We are currently seeking a bi-lingual Insurance Billing Specialist with billing experience. This position will be responsible for handling our agencies insurance clients through our EHR system (iNsync), Insurance Coverage and Eligibility verification, follow up on payment posting, claims status, claims resubmission, and other duties that may arise around insurance.
Additional duties will include assisting with daily agency operations, as time permits. Applicant must be able to multitask, work in fast paced sometimes stressful environment, flexible with daily work loads, problem solver, have positive attitude, be able to de-escalate difficult situations and communicate in a professional manner with clients and Clinical Team.
Back up to Administration as determined by Executive Team.
Applicant would have computer experience using Outlook, Excel, Outlook Teams, Word, and knowledge of electronic health records, and HIPAA confidentiality laws.
Supervisory experience is a plus.
Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
