Requirements:
- Medical or Alternative Healthcare experience is helpful but not necessary as we are willing to train.
- Customer service experience of some type is required
- You must have a minimum of 2 years consecutive work experience.
- You must really want to help people. If you are just looking for "a job" to pay the bills please keep looking. We are looking for someone that wants a purpose.
Employment Hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Fridays 8:30 am-1 p.m.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Giving patients an incredibly loving, supportive and positively unique experience
- Creating a loving and healing environment where patients can get well
- Greeting patients with love and enthusiasm
- Providing administrative assistance to our health coaches
- Following up with missed appointments efficiently
- Taking payments across the front desk and on the phone
- Scheduling and rescheduling appointments in an efficient, kind and supportive manner
- Enthusiastically assisting the clinical staff when appropriate
- Giving patients an Incredibly supportive and unique experience
- Stocking and shipping orders to remote patients
- Helping with back-office duties where appropriate
