What You'll Do
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the moment each guest walks through the door.
- Guide customers through fine jewelry purchases, custom designs, repairs, and special orders.
- Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals through personalized, consultative selling.
- Participate in store events, promotions, and community outreach.
- Help maintain an inviting showroom and professional store presentation.
- Collaborate with teammates to create a positive, supportive, and high-performing culture.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing outstanding service.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing experience preferred.
- Candidates with backgrounds in teaching, nursing, hospitality, banking, or other service-focused professions are encouraged to apply.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable working a flexible retail schedule, including rotating Saturdays.
- Team player who leads by example and contributes to a collaborative environment.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Base Pay + Unlimited Commission Potential
- Base salary plus uncapped commission.
- Most associates earn $50,000-$70,000 in their first year.
- Top performers regularly earn $80,000+.
