Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Manager, Imaging Services, you will oversee daily operations and strategic development of the imaging department, ensuring high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic services.
Every day you will manage imaging staff, monitor equipment, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with radiologists and other departments to enhance service delivery and patient experience.
To be successful, you will demonstrate strong leadership, technical proficiency, and strategic management skills, driving continuous improvement, quality control, and a collaborative environment for departmental success and patient outcomes.
We are offering to qualified and experienced candidates a sign-on bonus not to exceed 10% of salary for this position.
Job Requirements
Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree required, or a combination of education and/or additional imaging-related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree.

Minimum of three (3) years of diagnostic imaging experience and two (2) years of experience managing/supervising in a related imaging field required.
Required Licensure:

Certified technologist CA state licensure required.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Pay Range
$52.15 - $77.58 /hour
