Responsibilities:
- Electronic customer service.
- Invoicing of orders
- Order capture
- Merchandise dispatch
- Order delivery monitoring
- Elaboration of reports and database updating
- Receipt of merchandise for return
- Implementation of policies to ensure its correct use
- Support in portfolio recovery
- Registration and control of customer payments
- Performing payment reconciliations with customers.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is essential.
- Knowledge of tools or hardware is desirable.
