Summit Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking Machine Operators to support manufacturing operations. In this role, employees will operate blow mold machines and assist in the production process. This is a physically active position involving repetitive tasks, basic machine operation, trimming excess plastic, and moving products to the cooling area.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate blow mold machine by initiating cycle using start button
- Remove molded products from the machine
- Trim and remove excess plastic from products
- Move finished units to designated cooling area
- Perform visual quality checks for defects
- Use heat-resistant gloves when handling excess plastic
- Maintain steady production flow and meet output expectations
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements
- Assist with additional production duties as assigned
Skills & Experience
- Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, and move large plastic products
- Strong attention to safety and quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in blow molding or plastics manufacturing
- Experience trimming molded plastic products
- Production line experience
- Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
Work Environment
- Industrial manufacturing environment producing plastic products
- Operation of blow molding equipment and production machinery

Shifts:
1st: Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30
3rd: Sunday - Thursday 11:00pm - 7:30am
