This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll spend time in the field leading installations, supporting your team, and ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. You'll have the opportunity to mentor technicians, share your knowledge, and help shape the next generation of skilled trades professionals.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and support residential HVAC installation projects
- Coach, train, and develop HVAC Installation Technicians
- Help coordinate daily job schedules and workflow
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Partner with leadership to identify coaching and development opportunities
- Work alongside your team in the field when business needs require
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and find solutions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Positive attitude and desire to continue learning and growing
