Position Overview:
Provide a courier service for the pick-up and delivery of specimens, reports, supplies, mail and e-rays. Drive daily from the hospital to offices, vendors, clinics, satellite stations, rest home facilities and other healthcare facilities in the hospital vehicles.
Position Highlights:
- Starting Rate: $14.00 + per hour (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver mail, supplies, etc. to hospitals and outlying facilities. Post and Sort mail. Keep a daily log of daily functions and advise when vehicle maintenance is needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Must be age 25 or older. Must possess a valid NC driver's license and safe driving record. Ability to communicate and build rapport with clients. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Visual acuity, with or without correction, will enable a vehicle to be driven safely. Hearing to perceive the nature of sound with no less than 40db loss @ 1000 Hx, and 2000Hx with or without correction. The ability to express and exchange ideas via spoken word during activities in which details must be conveyed or important spoken instructions given to others accurately, sometimes quickly and loudly.
