Treats patient to relieve pain, develop or restore function and maintain maximum performance.

Performs basic PTA duties.

Completes accurate and timely documentation of patient care treatments in EHR (i.e., HomecareHomeBase)

Provides direct physical therapy according to directions of Physical Therapist and in accordance with the physician's plan of care.

CA Physical Therapy Assistant License
-
2 years of physical therapy assistant work experience

American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Job Type: Part-time, Per Visit
Pay: $40 hourly - $53.00 per visit
