Chemcote is hiring Experienced Asphalt Paving Laborers to join our growing paving team. This is a hands-on role for individuals who take pride in quality workmanship, safety, and teamwork.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with asphalt paving, patching, and resurfacing
- Shovel, rake, and spread asphalt materials
- Support the paving crew with job site setup and cleanup
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and safely
Work Environment
This position is physically demanding and performed outdoors in all weather conditions. Work includes standing, walking, lifting, bending, and assisting with equipment during paving operations. Extended hours may be required during peak paving season.
Travel
- Travel to and from job sites is required
- Reliable transportation is required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in asphalt paving, construction, or road work preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork
- Ability to follow safety rules and directions on job sites
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
