1. Please describe a time when you had to navigate a difficult conversation involving multiple stakeholders with differing perspectives or priorities. What was the situation, how did you approach the conversation, and what was the outcome?
2. What do you see as your greatest strengths as a leader in supporting and developing staff?
The SOQ must be limited to two pages in length and formatted using 12-point Arial font, single spacing with one-inch margins. Applications submitted without a SOQ will not be evaluated and will be considered a waiver of interest. A resume, cover letter, or other documents do not substitute for the SOQ.
Applications will not be accepted that did not follow instructions or are missing a Statement of Qualifications that is responsive to the questions posed. Applications will be screened based on experience and desirable qualifications. Only the most qualified who submit the signed State Application (STD 678) and Statement of Qualifications will be interviewed. Subject to SROA process.
