Position Summary
Dream IT is seeking qualified, passionate instructors to join our diverse and learner-centered English language programs. Instructors will teach adult English language learners in an academic setting, support students in achieving defined learning outcomes, and contribute to the school’s instructional quality and mission.
Minimum Qualifications (must meet one of the following)
Faculty Qualifications/Requirements include: ● a BA degree in ESL / EFL Or ● a BA degree AND a certificate in TESOL (TEFL, CELTA, orTESOL, etc.) ● At least one year experience teaching ESL to adults in a classroom setting ● Demonstrate proficiency in English
Master’s degree in TESOL preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international student populations- Familiarity with CEFR-aligned curricula and student learning outcomes- Experience teaching exam preparation courses (e.g., TOEFL, Business English)- Ability to incorporate digital tools into the classroom (Google Workspace, LMS, Smartboard ,etc.)
Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 36 per week
