This isn't a dealership role and it isn't a shop job.
Mader is looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanics to support mining operations across the United States. If you've spent years turning wrenches and want more responsibility, more autonomy, and exposure to some of the largest mining equipment in the industry, we'd like to hear from you.
Ready for bigger equipment, more variety, and a truck that's actually yours? You'll be working directly in the field, troubleshooting issues, performing major repairs, completing component change outs, and supporting production-critical equipment across a range of mine sites and fleets.
At Mader, we hire experienced mechanics and trust them to do what they do best. You'll have the backing of a strong team when you need it, but you'll also have the freedom to make decisions and get the job done.
