Join our Salon Services team! We're looking for a licensed cosmetologist who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional service, and helping older adults look and feel their best. This is a true Per Diem (As Needed) position, meaning there is no set weekly schedule. Coverage is provided only when team members are on vacation, out sick, or otherwise unavailable, making this the perfect opportunity for someone seeking flexibility and occasional work rather than a regular schedule.

As a Salon Stylist, you'll provide hair and nail services (as licensed) that contribute to the comfort, confidence, and well-being of our residents and employees. ️
Responsibilities include:

Provide professional hair and nail care services in accordance with your licensure

Maintain salon cleanliness, sanitation, and sterilization standards required by Pennsylvania State regulations

Schedule appointments and process payments through our point-of-sale system

Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming salon environment

Communicate product and supply needs to salon leadership

Report any resident health or safety concerns to the appropriate team members

Return personal belongings such as eyeglasses and hearing aids following services

Follow safety procedures and respond appropriately to emergency situations

Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a positive salon experience for every guest
