Dakota Property Services is a growing landscaping, fencing, and outdoor services company looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused team member to become an essential part of our office.

What You’ll Do
No two days are exactly the same, but your responsibilities may include:
* Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally.
* Respond promptly to Facebook Messenger and customer inquiries.
* Schedule estimates, jobs, and service appointments.
* Coordinate schedules with crews and management.
* Process deposits, invoices, and customer payments.
* Follow up on unpaid invoices.
* Contact new leads and previous customers when business slows.
* Help close sales by scheduling work and guiding customers through the next steps.
* Keep Jobber and customer information organized and up to date.
* Assist with ordering materials and general office organization.
* Help maintain inventory during slower seasons, including holiday lighting inventory.
* Organize customer records and assist with special office projects.
* Look for opportunities to improve customer service and office efficiency.

Experience Preferred
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
* Customer service
* Office administration
* Scheduling
* Sales or customer follow-up
* Jobber (preferred but not required)
* QuickBooks
* Google Workspace
* Facebook Business Suite
Schedule
* Monday through Friday
* Approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* In-office position (not remote)
Compensation
* $18 to $22+ per hour, depending on experience
* Performance bonuses available
