Beacon Healthcare Group is seeking a valued team member for their Columbia, MO location. The Housekeeping/Laundry Aide provides support in all housekeeping/laundry service functions to ensure patient's clothing and environment needs are met in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. Your daily responsibilities will play a vital role in the care of our residents. Every position is an important one when it ensures the highest quality of care and best living experience possible for our community.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent preferred
- Prior healthcare experience preferred, but willing to train
Basic Job Requirements:
- Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department
- Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards residents
- Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment
- Dependable transportation and attendance necessary
- Must be enthusiastic about providing service to our residents
