A well‑established healthcare facility in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its anesthesia care team. - Provide safe, high‑quality anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures (general, ortho, GI, OB, and more depending on facility).

Conduct pre‑anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.

Administer general, regional, and MAC anesthesia.

Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process and manage post‑anesthesia recovery.

Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols and regulatory standards.
- Schedule: 10 or 12-hour shifts, Monday-Friday

On-site weekend call

Patient Population: Adults

Daily Case Volume: 5-6 cases per provider

Case Types: General, OB, vascular, orthopedic, and pediatric

Skillsets Required: Adults, spinals, epidurals, and OB
