Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Residential HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and system inspections.
- Troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
- Communicate repair recommendations and system performance with homeowners.
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, manufacturer specifications, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders.
- Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
- Participate in an on-call rotation, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in residential HVAC service and installation preferred.
- EPA Certification required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
