SALES AND LEASING AGENT

We are looking for a confident, sales driven Sales and Leasing Agent to support a multifamily apartment community with a strong focus on increasing occupancy. This role is primarily centered on leasing performance and prospect conversion, with occasional support provided to the Property Manager for daily operations.
This is not a passive administrative role. This position is for someone who enjoys a fast paced leasing environment, takes ownership of results, and knows how to turn interest into signed leases.

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Drive Leasing and Sales Performance
- Actively lease vacant units with urgency to meet and exceed occupancy goals
- Conduct engaging in person and virtual tours that create excitement and drive conversions
- Follow up consistently with prospects through calls, emails, and text messaging
- Maintain strong knowledge of pricing, availability, floor plans, and market competition
- Support renewal efforts and retention strategies to stabilize occupancy
2. Deliver a Strong Prospect and Resident Experience
- Provide a confident, professional, and welcoming first impression
- Handle objections and questions with ease and adaptability
- Maintain excellent phone presence and in person communication
- Respond to resident needs promptly and professionally
3. Support Daily Property Operations
- Assist with lease administration, rent collection support, and basic reporting
- Track leasing activity, traffic, and occupancy using property management software
- Prepare leasing updates and performance summaries for management review
- Support general on site operations as needed to ensure smooth daily performance
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in leasing and sales, or a customer facing role with measurable results
- Strong closing ability and consistent follow up habits
- Comfortable working in a high volume, goal driven environment
- Experience with property management softwares
- Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is a plus but not required

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
