Aura Massage and Skincare is looking for amazing Sales Associates to join our growing team.
Extroverts with super personalities (think barista) would be great for this position.
****If you have experience selling memberships (tanning, gym, etc), that would be a big plus! We are willing to train the right people -- even without experience -- as long as they are happy, professional and ready to provide five star customer service to our guests. Must be motivated to sell.****
Hourly pay plus bonuses.
***So what does a Spa Associate do? Our Spa Associates could be called Spa Ambassadors! You represent our spa from the first phone call of a new client to the check-out of our last guest. We need you to impress everyone you meet!***
Primary responsibilities include:
-Greeting and checking-in/out customers to perform excellent customer service and connect with each customer
- Effectively educating/selling clients on spa memberships, enhancements, gift cards and future appointments
- Supporting therapist needs to ensure smooth operations
- This is a job that requires a person who can maintain a positive and pleasant demeanor in a face paced environment.
-Weekend and evening availability required.

Shifts:
Monday -Saturday
Am Shift 9am-3pm
PM Shift 3pm- 9pm
Sunday Shift 10am-6pm
***Hourly Pay Plus Bonus***
This is a performance based position. If you are super outgoing, we will teach you how to sell.
Requirements:
-Must be detail oriented
-6 hour shifts
-Front desk
- Must have a cheerful and outgoing disposition and work well as a team
- Must have customer service background
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be a fast learner
- Must be able to remember and role play scripts
- Must be good at sales
