About the Role
We are looking for a Scheduling Manager to join our Scheduling team in our regional office in Franklin Furnace, OH. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the leadership and development of scheduling department tools, training, templates, and resources.
- Travel as needed to support projects outside the primary office location.
- Coordinate schedule development and ongoing management with project supervision, owners, and subcontractors/vendors.
- Build and manage baseline schedules using CPM best practices, including detailed WBS for schedules with 2,500+ activities.
- Run weekly meetings to update construction schedules via job walks and superintendent live updates.
- Create, maintain, and edit layouts in Primavera P6 to efficiently update schedules, generate reports, analyze critical paths, and identify variances.
- Resource-load baseline schedules to track earned value metrics and maintain cost and duration accuracy.
- Create Time Impact Analysis (TIA) reports and work with project teams to develop mitigation plans.
- Use Excel to analyze large data sets and multiple schedules.
- Mentor, train, and assist others in the scheduling process to ensure CPM best practices are implemented consistently.
Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years in commercial construction management, with at least 5+ years creating and managing CPM schedules (title “Scheduler” not required).
- “Builder First” attitude and proficiency as a CPM Scheduler.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with the construction process to identify and discuss potential issues and suggest mitigations.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience coordinating schedule development and management with project teams, owners, and subcontractors/vendors.
- Ability to work collaboratively in large team environments and mentor junior schedulers.
- Highly proficient in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, with willingness to become proficient in both.
- Ability to juggle demands from multiple project teams, set priorities, and manage expectations.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
