American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Step-Down Unit position at a Level II Trauma and Stroke Center in St. Joseph, MO, working 3x12 night shifts with Epic charting.

Step-Down Unit in an acute care hospital setting
-
13-week travel contract
-
3x12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
-
Level II Trauma Center and Level II Stroke Center
-
352-bed tertiary hospital — the only tertiary facility between Kansas City and Omaha
-
Charting is done in Epic
-
Free on-site parking available
-
Active RN license for Missouri or a Compact State license (pending license considered, but must be in hand prior to start)

Current certifications required: BLS and ACLS

Minimum 1 year of Step-Down or relevant RN experience required

BSN preferred
-
Must provide copies of Driver's License and Social Security Card for consideration

Two professional references required for consideration

Local candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of the facility are eligible to apply but will be considered at a reduced rate

The facility is part of a large health system with more than 60 hospital and area clinics offering urgent, primary, specialty, and emergency care
