Masis Staffing is looking for Office Administrative Clerk to join our team working at our client facility in Raleigh NC. Full Time, Temp to Hire position - great opportunity!
Job Tasks for Office Administrative Clerk:
- Perform Daily Admin tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and organizing documents
- answer phones calls, route calls, and respond to general inquiries
- assist with new hire paperwork and maintaining employee files
- help with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and other routine HR task
- assist with processing invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and expense logs
Skills for Office Administrative Clerk:
- Strong math, data entry and computer skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience for Office Administrative Clerk:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- minimum 1 year administrative experience
Shift and Work Hours for Office Administrative Clerk:
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
- $17-$20/hr
