Compensation: $16-$20 an hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Nights, weekends, holidays
Position Summary
We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing Hostess/Cashier to welcome guests to our brand-new bar and mini golf venue. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, greeting them with a smile, answering questions about the course, challenge hole, and bar, and handling cash/credit transactions. It all starts with you!
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all guests upon arrival.
- Manage the check-in process, handle payments, and provide receipts.
- Explain the mini golf course rules, challenge hole details, and bar offerings with confidence.
- Patrol the mini golf area to pick up trash, retrieve golf balls and clubs, and ensure a safe, clean play zone
- Answer guest questions and direct them to the right area.
- Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entryway.
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth guest flow.
Skills and Experience
- Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused attitude.
- Strong communication skills; comfortable speaking to groups.
- Basic math and cash-handling ability.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail preferred but not required.
- Must be 18 years of age
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift
