The Housekeeper plays a key role in maintaining the charm, cleanliness, and comfort of our boutique hotel. This position ensures that guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces are cleaned and presented to the highest standard, creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies according to hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
- Follow established safety and sanitation procedures.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly to management.
- Handle guest requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored properly.
- Uphold confidentiality and respect guest property.
- Assist with laundry operations as needed.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time-management skills and reliability.
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
