TriQuest Christian Academy was formed in 2023 to immerse elementary students in the love and truth of the gospel while motivating excellence and innovation. We are seeking a passionate, effective educator to inspire spiritual, emotional, and intellectual growth in a small class of 8 or fewer students.
Responsibilities:
- Teach and demonstrate faith in Christ
- Plan effectively
- Implement and differentiate the curriculum
- Communicate respectfully and regularly with parents
- Maintain accurate records
- Maintain prompt and regular attendance
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct
- Manage the classroom effectively
- Engage and motivate students
- Demonstrate a commitment to above-average student growth
- Complete requirements on time
- Work collaboratively
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of and relationship with Christ
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or a bachelor's degree and relevant experience and/or aptitude
- At least 3-5 years of relevant classroom experience
- Able to do the physical tasks associated with teaching
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
