The Role
We're looking for experienced bartenders who combine technical skill with genuine hospitality. Our bartenders are storytellers, beverage experts, and relationship builders who create memorable experiences whether guests are enjoying a handcrafted cocktail, celebrating over a bottle of Italian wine, or gathering with friends.
Success in this role requires confidence behind the bar, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to adapt quickly while maintaining exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare handcrafted cocktails, premium spirits, wine, and beer with consistency and precision.
- Build relationships with guests through genuine hospitality and expert beverage recommendations.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of our cocktail program, wine list, spirits, and Italian cuisine.
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and service-ready throughout every shift.
- Support dining room service while working collaboratively with the entire front-of-house team.
- Remain composed, adaptable, and guest-focused during busy services while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years bartending in an upscale or fine dining environment.
- Indiana Employee Liquor Permit or ability to obtain one.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and premium spirits.
- Toast POS experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to roll with the punches when priorities shift.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
