You'll work in our shop, engaging customers and helping them find AT&T solutions that fit their lives. From staying connected to managing daily tasks, our Sales Development Representatives have options for every need.
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll engage with customers in-store to introduce them to AT&T's cutting-edge devices and data plans designed for today's demands. The Sales Development Representative then engages with our customers to explain how these devices complement AT&T's robust network, delivering seamless streaming and lag-free video calls.
Responsibilities of the Sales Development Representative
- Diagnose customer needs in person before recommending AT&T smartphones and data plans that deliver the greatest long-term value through sales talks.
- Showcase smartphone innovations in person, including OLED displays, AI-powered camera features, fast charging, and 5G capabilities during sales demos.
- Match wireless plans in person to customer usage by evaluating voice, messaging, streaming, hotspot use, and connected-device requirements.
- Execute device upgrades, wireless activations, account modifications, and service transitions while maintaining a smooth sales experience.
- Maximize sales opportunities by recommending premium accessories, wireless protection plans, and connected technology that enhance device performance.
- Clarify mobile technologies, network reliability, and wireless features using relatable examples that support confident sales decisions.
Qualifications of the Sales Development Representative
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Detail‑oriented in managing data and documentation during sales processes.
- Clear communicator who simplifies AT&T’s mobile benefits for everyday use.
- Adaptable professional who thrives in diverse, face‑to‑face sales environments.
Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
