Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, serving, and presentation to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness by performing regular cleaning duties in dining areas, kitchens, and service stations
- Buss tables promptly to provide a clean environment for guests and facilitate efficient turnover
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards
- Support catering events by setting up, serving, and clearing dishes as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring a positive dining experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Knowledge of cleaning protocols and food handling safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen or hotel experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as required
