Why Join Revive Medical Aesthetics?
Revive Medical Aesthetics & Weight Loss is not your average, slow-moving medical office. We are a premier, physician-led luxury medical spa in Northern Liberties with over 687+ five-star Google reviews. We are fast-growing, tech-forward, and deeply committed to delivering both life-changing results and an elite patient experience.
We hold incredibly high standards for our work and our culture. We are looking for a hands-on, driven leader to serve as the operational and cultural backbone of our practice. If you are a proactive problem-solver who loves the beauty and wellness space, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and leads from the front—we want to talk to you.
What This Role Is (and Isn't)
What it isn't: This is not a traditional, reactive medical office manager position. We don’t do paper charts, and we don’t do things "the way they've always been done."
What it is: A dynamic, multi-faceted leadership role where you will wear multiple hats—people leadership, luxury patient experience, vendor management, and financial KPI tracking. You will work directly alongside Dr. Gombar to shape the future of a growing brand.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
Operations & Daily Excellence
- Lead daily clinic flow, ensuring seamless patient transitions, on-time starts, and flawless room readiness.
- Oversee clinical compliance, safety, and digital hygiene (HIPAA, consent forms, photo protocols, and EMR/POS workflows).
- Manage vendor relationships and inventory (ordering, tracking lot numbers, setting par levels, and delivering monthly COGS reports).
- Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and maximize uptime for top-tier energy devices (Cutera, HydraFacial, Endospheres, etc.).
People Leadership & Culture
- Spearhead hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training for all clinical and administrative staff.
- Run energetic daily morning huddles to align the team on the day's goals and schedule.
- Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins, manage employee scheduling, and foster a highly accountable, positive team culture.
Patient Experience & Revenue Optimization
- Master and optimize provider scheduling templates to maximize revenue per hour.
- Handle escalated patient concerns with supreme confidence, warmth, and grace.
- Monitor Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and review velocity to maintain our pristine online reputation.
- Drive marketing initiatives, from social media presence and community partnerships to launching our new Revive Membership program.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Experience: 3–5+ years of management experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery/dermatology practice, or high-end luxury hospitality/wellness environment.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Your tone and presence naturally reflect a high-end luxury brand.
- Tech-Savvy: Total comfort with digital systems, modern POS software, and cloud-based EMRs.
- Mindset: A true "owner" mentality. You don’t wait to be told what needs fixing; you see a bottleneck and solve it.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with aesthetic devices (Cutera, HydraFacial, etc.) and basic clinical compliance (OSHA) is a strong plus.
- Logistics: Valid US work authorization and a reliable commute to Northern Liberties, Philadelphia.
Your First 90 Days at Revive
- 30 Days: Master our systems, shadow the team, stabilize the schedule, and establish your daily huddle format.
- 60 Days: Launch the weekly KPI dashboard, implement strict inventory cycle counts, and standardize room protocols.
- 90 Days: Achieve target on-time starts, reduce inventory variance, and measurably boost patient rebooking rates.
Benefits & Perks
- Competitive base salary (Hourly pay during initial part-time onboarding, transitioning to a full salary package once full-time).
- Quarterly performance bonuses tied to KPI achievements (After 12 months).
- Paid Time Off (7 days PTO + 3 sick days) and paid holidays.
- Generous quarterly staff treatment allowances and product perks.
- Ongoing professional education and advanced industry training.
