Job Summary
LawDog Security & Investigations Inc. is seeking a dependable and professional Security Officer to join our team. The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, customers, and property.
Officers are expected to remain alert, professional, and visible throughout their assigned shift while following all LawDog Security policies and site-specific procedures. The ideal candidate is reliable, communicates well, and is comfortable working independently while responding appropriately to incidents as they arise.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional and visible security presence at the assigned location.
- Monitor the property for suspicious activity, safety concerns, and security issues.
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas as required.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas.
- Respond appropriately to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies.
- Complete accurate Daily Activity Logs and Incident Reports when required.
- Immediately report serious incidents or security concerns to LawDog supervision.
- Communicate professionally with clients, employees, customers, law enforcement, and members of the public.
- Follow all site-specific post orders and instructions from LawDog supervisors and management.
- Remain alert and attentive throughout the entire assigned shift.
- Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and prepared to work.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding client and company information.
- Follow all LawDog Security & Investigations policies and procedures.
- Perform other security-related duties as assigned.
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
