Our senior living community is seeking a Director of Dining Services. The Dinning Service Director charged with the oversight of all dining services operations and is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a comprehensive dining program. This position is ideal for those looking for a challenging role that offers plenty of opportunities for advancement. This individual will be responsible for collaborating with various campus groups and departments to ensure that procedures and best practices are being followed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee performance and professional development.
- Write and/or revise departmental policies and procedures.
- Train employees in safety and security policies and procedures, environmental health, sanitation, and disease control.
- Oversee the food service budget.
- Oversee all aspects of on-campus dining services.
- Ensure the optimal customer dining experience., Create monthly reports on the performance of each dining facility.
- Consult with customers to ensure their satisfaction with services.
