About the Role
Our daycare isn’t just free-for-all play — it’s training-based, structured, and intentional.
We use treats and obedience skills like name recalls, group sits, individual sits, and gate boundary management to keep dogs happy, focused, and learning throughout the day.
In this role, you’ll spend most of your shift:
- Actively running dog daycare playgroups
- Coaching dogs through structure and engagement
- Caring for boarding dogs before and after daycare
- Keeping play yards and care areas clean, safe, and organized
You’ll also complete our online, video-based training platform, so everyone on our team handles dogs the Paw Oasis way.
This role is hands-on, active, and perfect for someone who loves dogs and enjoys learning, consistency, and teamwork.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have experience managing dog playgroups of 25–30 dogs
- Understand dog body language and group dynamics
- Enjoy a training-focused daycare model (or are excited to learn one)
- Stay calm, confident, and focused in busy environments
- Communicate clearly and work well with a team
- Take feedback well and enjoy improving your skills
- Bring a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility every shift

Schedule & Pay
Part-Time: 15–30 hours per week
(Open availability preferred)
Typical Shifts:
- Morning: 7:45 AM – 12:30 PM
- Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM
(Some Sundays and all holidays required)
Pay: $12–$14/hour (based on experience)
Tips: Average $2–$4/hour on top of base pay
Full-time opportunities may be available for highly experienced candidates.
