Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in a friendly and professional environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position does handle alcohol so you must be 21+ years of age.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take accurately take their food and beverage orders.
- Prepare beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to handle POS systems, Cash and Credit Card Transactions
- Assist in stocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Skills
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques in a restaurant.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Ability to sanitize work areas and adhere to food safety guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude towards customers and coworkers.
- Previous experience in food service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
